This means that you can submit a request for us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation designated by you.
You can submit a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent or objection to the processing of your personal data by email. To ensure that the request is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your identification document with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine readable zone), passport number and national identification number to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. Entrecolinas would also like to inform you that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the relevant official website.
